BMPCB operates its own factory in Shenzhen, covering the full process from bare PCB fabrication through finished PCBA assembly. Every step, from material cutting and SMT placement through through-hole assembly and final functional testing, is completed under one roof with full in-house process control and end-to-end traceability.

Our assembly floor runs 5 SMT production lines, 2 THT insertion lines, and a complete in-line inspection stackup including SPI solder paste inspection, 2D AOI, 2D X-Ray, ICT in-circuit testing and FCT functional testing. We handle 01005 micro-components and 0.25 mm fine-pitch BGAs reliably across quick-turn prototype, medium-volume and high-volume production orders.
