BMPCB operates its own PCB fabrication factory in Shenzhen covering the complete bare-board process — from laminate cutting, CNC drilling, electroless copper and VCP plating through etching, automatic exposure, vacuum lamination, legend printing, solder mask application, and final electrical testing.

Our fabrication floor is equipped with Han's high-precision CNC drilling machines (±0.02 mm positioning accuracy, 0.15 mm minimum via), vertical continuous copper plating lines (≥90% uniformity, supporting high-aspect-ratio boards), automated exposure and lamination presses, and a complete inspection suite including flying probe testers, AOI/AVI vision systems and 3D digital microscopes.

This equipment portfolio enables us to manufacture everything from quick-turn 2-layer prototypes up to 20+ layer multilayer and HDI boards with consistent quality and 100% end-to-end traceability across every production step. Customers are always welcome to schedule a guided on-site factory tour to inspect the lines in person.

Han's CNC Drilling Machine

High-precision CNC drilling machine for through-holes and blind vias on multilayer and HDI boards. Positioning accuracy ±0.02mm, supporting minimum hole diameter of 0.15mm. Equipped with an automated tool changer and vision alignment system for stable performance across high-volume production runs and prototype builds.

Automatic PCB Cutting Machine

Fully automatic PCB cutting and scoring line, handling standard panel sizes up to 610×510mm with micron-level positioning repeatability. Equipped with an auto-loader and dust extraction unit to keep production clean and consistent. Delivers smooth, burr-free edges to protect delicate inner-layer copper traces before lamination.
